my gf is iron-deficient and gets restless leg syndrome, especially once a month

sometimes i wish i could ducktape her legs to the bed lol (lets not go there)


but its mostly an internal feeling i guess

i have it unfourtunately..but ifi take meds its under control.

yeah ther's a couple of theories behind what causes it...one being iron deficient, another due to stress, and so on.

only meds i've heard being prescribed for it were muscle relaxors/pain killers and/or iron tablets.

I honestly thought it was a joke when I saw an ad on TV about it at first.
