Not exactly a trance song, but one that is quite good is Glorius by Andreas Johnson. One of the resident DJ's (who specialised in downtempo) at Giant in LA used to spin this as part of his set. It started life as a rock song from some European guy...but the Hybrid mix is actually quite good. It's kind of hard to find on Napster, but worth the effort.

Anything by Enigma, not trance though, but the beat and the voices together, ahhhhhhh, nice.
Also anything by Jan Johnston, her voice is .......don't know how to put it.
