if you're lucky enough of not having injured or killed someone else or yourself - it's your choice whether or not you want THIS 'headache', as follows:
1) 2 separate Criminal Records (Breathalizer & DD),
2)revocation of your license for a year,
3) towing & impoundment of car at own cost - providing nobody vandalizes it while in the impound (damage done, again at your own risk/ cost),
4) AA or similar (approx. $500),
5) increase in insurance, demerit point(s),
6) plus at least $5000 worth in lawyer fees - if you choose to get one & fight the charges - without the assurance of winning the case,
7) certain jail time if caught again (= pure stupidity!, go back to #1, with an increase in punishment in some form or another in basically every point!).
is it worth it? I think NOT.
