this track is super clean. I really love the kick and bass. nice production, I would spin it in a morning psy set.

can't wait to hear the final mix!

Greetings new person

Thanks for listening, and I appreciate the comments!

like it a lot, the progression seems very familiar to me. very nice choice on the lead. any chance on letting me remix it :}

That can probably be arranged. I'm trying to finish this over Christmas and it's probably going out in January so a remix or two is a good idea

I love it the effect on 1:50 is super cool.

What's that low pitched sound on 1:25? Doesn't seem to fit imo..

edit. Oh it's the sweep or something.

Here's some advice: don't try to follow the "stuff they use in psy". That's what leads to producers all sounding the same as one another, and ergo, boring. Put in whatever you think sounds good, and make a unique piece.

As a very dedicated follower, I've been absolutely bored to death by most psy-trance for the past eighteen months or so, and yet I really like this. Technically it's not quite there, but I'm sure this is just a rough draft. This has potential to be spectacular. Persevere with it, please.

The opening is very nice in particular, and I like the development of the main melody. If you're stuck for ideas, I think there is plenty of room for one or two extra percussion lines.

Awwww that sound at 1.25 is my favourite part

It's a formant vocal patch from KarmaFX that's been run through some automated reverb. The bit at 1.50 is just a fill sample that's been messed with, although I'm pleased with the results so far.

Thanks for listening.

Great feedback, and much appreciated.

It's good to hear that somebody who's partial to the genre thinks it's on the right track so far.

The track is probably inspired more by the Neelix sound than the traditional Psy tracks i've been listening to lately.

I'm in total agreement about the persussion. apart from the kcik, everything else will be replaced as it's just there to get things going.

This will be 100% finished, hopefully within the next week or two.

tthanks for listening

my only advice to you is change the kick , your track will benefit greatly, also you need hats with more attack the attack are very short. besides that good work , spacious and interesting

I wasn't (sorry I didn't see your post, I must have been typing as you were posting!)

But I've added you anyway!

I'm quite happy with the kick at this stage, although the hats are rubbish tbh.

Thanks for listening

From the sample i've heard

Very good though it's more of a driving uplifting trance than full on Psy ...look forward to your finished product tho
