Average percussion doesn't take away from a track either, especially one that's so obviously focused on songwriting over a "pulse". Nobody will ever dance to something like that and I'm pretty sure Blueman knows it.

I also don't know why you think it's weird that he decided to put in his blog that he's completely changing the direction he's going in music. It's not like he released a press statement about it or anything, just posted it on his Myspace.

I grew up on uplifting so I will never ever get tired of the "messy melodies" as per ken_lee's statement.

Sad this guy is leaving, he put out some quality epics over the last couple of years, I don't think it is forever though

I've heard his name on here a few times but dont know who he is, think ill check out his tracks soon.

Shame as he says that if film doesnt work out he will quit music. By the sounds of it to have 3 good years and move on then if things dont work out quit music altogether is harsh. You would have thought he'd prob still do something to do with music if all else fails, afterall its hard to quit a passion I believe. But not that it doesnt happen.
