Why do you suffer from it? Music-related at all???

It's the last thing I want. That old question, would you rather be deaf, or would you rather be blind? As a passionate music lover, like the rest of us, I'd rather the latter! I DJ'd for a few years and I regularly have my iPod on full blast (I like listening to music that way) but recent studies have shown that with all the young ones listening to music at a dangerous level in their earphones, most of us will have hearing problems in later life. The only thing I have at the moment, whatever that is, is the hearing in my right ear is much more dim than the left. If I put one earphone in my right ear, it's rather faint. When it's in the left, there's a lot more depth and it seems much louder! Is this a warning!??!

meh. People get all kinds of medical problems when they get older. If you abuse your sense of hearing, it's bound to have some kind of repercussions later on. Prevention is better than cure.

I have tinnitus and I love it. I'm abviously joking. After I come in the morning after a club, my tinnitus is worse than ever.

Anyways. People here with tinnitus try this, in a quiet room, like right now.

Put your palms on your ears in such a way that your fingers are at the back of your head. Then connect the two middle fingers by touching their tips with one another. After that cross the index fingers on the middle fingers and begin hitting your head by sliding your index fingers from your middle fingers. It should sound "drum like" and do this while covering your ears for few seconds. Then release.

Feel the silence of no tinnitus for few seconds.

This is masking the tinnitus sound.

started going to raves when i was 14. listened to music on shitty headphones constantly. stopped going to clubs at 19-20, around the same time stopped listening to all music on headphones (except very rarely, but the tinnitus usually gets bad after 20min or so).

Nice Wikipedia copy/paste tho.

Tinnitus can be the aftermath of tons of various diseases and is usually a complication mechanism. So all that "our ears are tired" thing you pulled was totally off the chart.

Don't worry, Rodri never knows what the fuck he's talking about. I used to feel bad for him, because it's obvious his English is pretty damn bad, but then I noticed that he's just a fucking moron.

No wikipedia copy paste at all. And then how you describe/call the noise after a night out?
