I did this on purpose because they were trying to compare my experience today to a Pauly Weezle Movie.

So I over did it so that it would be so annoying that no one would post of the Thread again. It's done

ill correct this too while im here.

the prosecution has unlimited challenges. the defence has unlimited challenges for cause, and (from memory) 6 challenges for no reason (pre-emtive? i forget, its been 14 years).

its not a "pseudo science"; its an assessment of the random scum available regarding their capacity to bring a fair verdict (and by "fair", we mean "helping my side win"). the factors affecting this selection process are endless.

there doesn't have to be agreement, the defence may simply run out of pre-emtive challenges and then have no challenge for cause.

I like this better but I heard lawyers have a way of picking out people that will more than likely vote their was, and no I didn't get that from that Movie. I like your version better.

Although I agree with you because how couldn't I, it was funny but there is defiantly racial profiling in picking Jurors.

The easiest way to get eliminated? When asked for your profession, respond "I'm an attorney."
