i just got back and trust me it wasnt just progressive it was trance as well , tiesto , diggy and carl cox were all good.

i enjoyed it and was well worth it except for the venue & parking..

i missed half of digweed's set, but i didn't really dig what he was playing until near the end, but it was too late to get into it as he turned the decks over.

carl cox was the perfect finish for the night though. he works the crowd so well, just like tiesto. as for digweed, he seemed to just play his stuff and get off, few looks/smiles at the crowd now and then, altho i did get his autograph in the end. almost got my hand on one of the records tiesto was handing out when he was done.

if anyone has any pics from the tent, please post them as i would like to have some memory of this amazing night (forgots my camera )

and after tonight i have to say i really dislike ginos fu*kin guy was like "uhh.. this dj sucks" (while tiesto was on) and i was ready to punch him in the face but stuck to a comment something along the lines of "you're a f*in retard buddy" u don't know how much i hate ginos now

Whoever missed that party should have their head examined, and whoever called that set strictly progressive, should be banned from this forum, you little sucks, that was one of the best and intimate sets i have ever heard. Tiesto worked the crowd and dropped an intense beat about 12 times....Ycu could walk anywhere you pleased, you could booze the entire time.....music was pumpin from 2 stages all day and night.....I guess the people who didnt show were just scared b/c there were going to be normal ppl there, and not only your friends of the night, so you couldnt hide in the dark corners the whole time and do your high steppn'.
That party was the best of the summer.......doubt labour day will beat it!

i don't understand how anyone could call tiesto's set progressive?! you obviously weren't there... thats his most energetic set i've heard since his first appearance at docks back in 2000... although his set was short this time around, he didn't slow down for one sec, he built up the energy and drove it hard till the end!!

I didn't see it myself but I heard that when he was in Montreal last year at a club called Ilume, he did some "rails"... ask fastmp3 I'm sure he knows about it.
