Pls list away. I can always use more good podcasts to drown out the inane conversations while in transit.

McGill is kinda a hot spot for this type or research huh? Daniel Levitin is a faculty member there. For those interested in the scientific aspect of music and how it's perceived/processed in our brain I would highly recommend reading some of his stuff. He's quite brilliant and his books are very enjoyable to read.

+1

Not new news to me. I've always made a spiritual connection with music. It can be used to unlock many areas of the brain that we never actually use!

American Scientific Science Talk
American Scientific 60 second Science
American Scientific 60 second Mind
Science Magazine

Tech Ones are:
Buzz Out Loud
CBC Spark
Search Engine
net@night (from TWiT network which I can't stand any of the other podcasts)

World Knowledge:
Economist
New Yorker
Slate
BBC Interview
BBC Documentaries (so good in depth coverage of various events current and in history that I had no idea about)

McGill is ace in general. They have some of the coolest research coming out of there in other disciplines too I should have gone there. Too bad the tuition for out of province is so much.
