I had never even heard of De La Mare before tonight, but that was the best music I've ever heard. Better than Markus' 6-hour set at Guv in May, better than Richie Hawtin's November set at Footwork, and better than all the sets in between.

You're comparing MDLM with Richie Hawtin (Techno) & Markus Schulz (Progressive & Trance) ... Are you refering to his music or his flow ... or technical skills ... when you say it was the best set you've heard

I'm booking him very soon but I have a hard time putting my finger on what he's gonna play live

Can you explain ?

Thanks

I'm referring to MDLM's music and his flow. He had everyone dancing and smiling all night. There wasn't a single dull moment. I can't really comment on his technical skills, but I'm confident he's not as technically skilled as Richie or Markus. I just really enjoyed his set. He played techy tech house on Friday night.

I don't know why haha his productions + tracks he's released on '303 lovers' are very reflective of his DJ sets... that pumping tech house party beat he loves...
