Hmmm... I've been doing some thinking... it seems the popular belief is that the mix PvD spun at Mayday is the Westbam mix... has this been verified or has it been released?.. I mean I'm starting to think my vinyl might be mismarked but it's highly doubtful since it's so official looking... hehe.. oh well... if anyone wants a copy of it, it's available at www.satelliterecords.com ... there's an audio sample here too but it doesn't have the Moguai mix.. I'll have tables very soon and will be sure to rip the whole vinyl...

It's definately the Moguai mix... I was standing in the record store listening to this mix and was humming the "88 to Piano" melody where Paul mixed it in... I am 100% sure this is the mix from Mayday 2002. Also, I did some research in the Mayday 2002 tracklist post... this is what I found:

1. here we see the first mention of the Westbam mix. In a post from JayD the following is said, "Also, last I heard for news Westbam was doing a remix of Fisherspooner, you can also hear all the elements of a Westbam production the only thing is that its pitched up alot by Paul." It's only an assumption that it's the Westbam mix...
   
2. here trancelot mentions this, "Fisherspooner - Emerge (Westbam Remix) -->never seen this remix"

Actually, I think I can help you out here... I was listening to Paul's Radio Fritz Soundgarden show in May or June and he mentioned that the mix of Rhythm Gangsta - Crowd Song was made especially for him to play as an intro at Mayday 2002...

serious i thoughtso! cause ive tracked down both vinyls nd both promos of this record and cant find that mix so i was thinking that it was his remake or something but then i noticed on the video after the first track he pulls a vinyl off rather than a CD-R

i want this vinyl!

Emerge is being re-released in the US on a double album...If you want I can order it for you..or you can just wait I am sure a store near you can get it...It has the Moguai mix on it...which is the one that paul played as I own it now...
