I went SSFD into Get Lost. Not enough coke in the world could get me to do Ultra after that.

The loft I rented was amazing. Im going to rent the bigger one next year dammit .The group i brought had an AMAZING time, its all about the people that you bring. You choose to let one "downer" come and they can ruin the whole trip!

I met lots of new people this year that I loved hanging out with (Hi andy!!)

Cant wait for next year.

Loved hearing all the different accents. Miami beach reminded me of Ibiza. Can't really explain why, maybe just all the messed up people walking around.

Absolutely loved the freaki tiki. The funktion one system was so sick. Met a ton of cool people on the boat that we kept in touch with at various parties.

SSFD was a little weird at first, but it turned out to be a great time.

Little dissapointed that I missed Nick Warren/Dave Seaman, but after the marathon of the Luciano Pool Party>Bedrock>Freaky Tiki>Pete Tongs pool party, it was sleepy time.

Glad I picked Sander at Shine over Sasha, it had been a few years since I last saw Sander and he was absolutely destroying Shine.

This was my 8th ULTRA / UMF week. Arrived Thursday ...met up with some friends hung out at C-Level at the Clevelander for several hours. Then got ready for the Anjunabeats party at Ice Palace...music was amazing!!! by 7am I had gone 24 hrs without sleep since I drove in Thursday morning.

Friday ULTRA day 1 ... ssssiiickkkk...

Saturday, Beach day, ..which actually worked out because I layed out by the Masquerade Motel -SHM the whole time ...so I got to listen to the whole show for FREE...SSIICCKKK ...danced on the sand which was awesome. Then went walking on the Beachwalk and ended up at a bunch of hotel parties like the Surfcomber Party.

ULTRA 2 was AAMMMAAAAZZZIIINNNGGG...it was the day I had the most Energy so I was dancing all over the place.

By the time ULTRA day 3 / ASOT 500 Arrived my feet were so swollen I could hardly get them in any of my shoes. my body was aching...I was def feeling OLD ..I danced but kinda wish ASOT party was on Saturday rather than Sunday because by Sunday I had already been dancing since thursday 12 hours a day, hardly no sleep, ... So I was def more Chill.


Another Great time in Miami in March. I will say though I am def miss the way ULTRA used to be, a lot of the workers now are complete DB's ..the girl searching my bag threw out my gum ..I really had to restrain my anger at that point.

I think the workers have a habit of treating everyone like they are one drugs which bothers me since I dont.

I miss Bayfront park ...I loathe Bicennial Park.. its impossible to dance on a million little rocks. I think I would really rather dance on the sand at the beach.

I beg to differ on sander sunday. I regret not going to the pickle that night. that was pure puke. And i've been a sander fan for a while, holding on regardless of the crap he's been tossing around for a while. Just to catch 1 good show out of him here and there. that one kicked the bucket for me. If that was a crowd of true old sander fans they would be throwing rocks and drinks at him. I even saw at least a dozen people in front giving thumbs down at some points.

The crowd was having a good time for most part but they are just clueless(got asked at least 6 times who was up) We were just shaking our heads in shame and disbelief. dancing to the ok tracks that were thrown in from time to time in hopes of him turning it around, knowing it was unlikely. i'm not gonna dance to crap to encourage him to play more crap. which is what everyone was doing. I could go on but I think I will leave it at that. that's enough rant.

to Petey : We shoulda started hanging out a long time ago. It was fun. We both have that nonstop mentality even though we should stop at some points. Maybe next yr. we should bring along someone who doesn't have as much energy to encourage short breaks ...not!

agreed. I didn't start movin till he came on. turned around and realized it was him. went straight to the front and pretty much didn't stop for rest of night after that.
