Avicii might be the next Deadmau5 in terms of popularity, but he definitely hasn't pigeonholed himself to one sound.

I'd prefer to leave DeadMau5 out of this. I mean, if we're just talking Music, DeadMau5>Avicii any day of the week. But if we want to bring popularity into this, DeadMau5 still wins handsdown. I didn't even know who Avicii was until this thread. lol. But. I downloaded his set, listened to it, and thought it was pretty good.

i started noticing Avicii early last year when Tiesto played his Bromance track & finally got the chance to see him for the first time in Electric Zoo last year & that tent went totally nuts over him, including me & my then newly converted fans friends.
he really has blew up big & fast within this short 6 months period with numerous productions & remixes.

to each their own, everyone have their opinion & preference on the type of music they enjoy. but there just seems to be quite a few forum members(esp in the atlanta section) that think their taste level in music is far more superior so all they do here is bitch, crap & brings negativity.
