The reason i say that the ppl that vote need to be from the relevent area is this,
That it would hardly be seen as valid if say for example some guy/girl from eygpt voted to have the forum name changed as A: He/She is hardly likey to ever post there on a regular basis, B: He/She does not live there so why would it matter ? C: If say you wanted a Ohio forum for example and some guy in new zealand voted against u and cos of that vote your forum is denied, U would be like what the hell gives that dood the right to say NO i cant have it, it works both ways. .

and its 5.55 am here so i may not be making perfect sense heh so i hope u catch my meaning . .
