Yeah, I've been trying to realign my dosha. It's not doing shit.
I'm just willing to give stuff a try, especially stuff that has been around for thousands of years, and seems to have some results. Not to say that because it did not work for me it does not work for others, but I am beginning to think that it is just a power of the mind placebo affect thing.

Is this the type of book I should read? Or one of those dream guide dictionaries.
I have my masters in psychology, this is the book you need.

I did download that but I know I am really wanting something else. It was just a free download with the Kindle. I am pretty sure that I do not need to psycho-analyze myself in order to lucid dream. I wish there was some eastern writings I could find.
I really enjoyed studying the Sutras, mindfulness and other hippie shit which usually involved the inner eye. (Seriously though, if you concentrate on the third eye, imagining there is energy right where that red dot is on Indians, you will have some seriously cool orgasms during tantric sex the body tingles for about an hour.)

Since i was a child I was able to lucid dream, and like many people said, clearing the mind by meditation is a good way to start.
They just come natural to me. It's just another aspect of consciousness.

Ever since I K-HOLED during a VISIONQUEST set I've been able to lucid dream every night.
Mainly it's about my parents divorcing. I don't feel like going into it on these boards.
