Well, to take back some of my negativeness, I'm gonna say that buying the original track PLUS the remix pack for 3.48 € is not that bad anymore.
Particularly, if it was a track that I really really liked and would want to have the change to remix and learn how the track itself was done, I'd be glad to pay a little for it.
But then again, it all comes down to principles. And since this seems to be the way this "industry" is going, I would more than gladly take the route that doesn't encourage this kind of "industry". It's not much, but it's something.
To the OP:
Why not just give the remix parts for free for everyone who is willing to remix your artists' work?

I can recall a certain remix contest, where the parts had to be bought too. I remember many of the remixers in the contest thought it was kind of funny the original artist's own remix eventually "won" the contest..
