Yeah I think you're right to a degree. I used Winamp for MP3->WAV conversion. Initially, I had my Winamp equalizer turned on, so that's why the sound wasn't so clear the first time. I turned it off... Much better

bah! I should learn to read, if i'd of known u were going from MP3->WAV and not WAV->MP3 I wouldnt have said anything, because besides like u said, the eq, it wont make no difference.

I had the same problem I was told that it was because I had an "illegal" copy of CDRWIN. Anyway, I changed to NERO 5.5 and burn al my cues w/ out and problems and it doesn't require me to convert to .wav or anything like that.
