Many hosting services (yousendit for example) offer secure downloads which wont be displayed on google search. And (don't quote me on that) but im sure that is what they ment. And if youre still freaking out if someone might hack your download link you could still use the good old mail

Yeah MediaFire lets you password protect the file, and WeTransfer is secure. Moreover, just compress it with RAR or ZIP and add a password.

I did a search via Google for the remix I did and uploaded to my website (there's no link to access it directly via the website, but it's there). Google didn't find it. I also didn't notice any other speedyshare/mediafire etc remixes coming up. The soundcloud ones did come up, and versions posted in forums.

Which search term should I use to quickly find all the other remixes and download them? I'd be interested to hear them. It'll be interesting to see whether the label does indeed charge all the contestants with copyright infringement, or whether you misinterpreted it.

I've been told the deadline has been extended to the 13th. Not sure how accurate that is, though. Anyway, I guess me mastering a remix is a breach of copyright, too.
