Money is definitely not an issue right now as I timed this thread a day before I graduate college. And my parents gave all my older brothers a nice check when they graduated so I know I'm getting at least a few thousand between relatives and everything tommorow. I'm going to put most the money away but I'm going to get sylenth and may possibly be getting a better pair of monitors too. I like my truths a lot but it may be time to move up to a $600-$800 pair of speakers.

Still not sure but I'm sure about sylenth. I'll bump the thread tommorow and I hope to god the plugin runs stable. I've ran 3 different cracks and none worked stable, so I'm hoping they were just bad cracks kinda like kysora alluded to. Otherwise I'll update tommorow and thanks for all the feedback!!

I'll get 10 lol.
If I get a mac then I'd definitely be getting logic and I'm not ready for that type of move yet. Maybe when I get a bit more hardware and finally treat my studio down the road.

Oh and ky I sent you another bassline buddy check it out and get back to me, thanks.

mac+logic=win imo. the earlier you do the transfer the better. im really fucking sorry i didnt do it earlier. fuck ive wasted alot of time on home made computers, microsoft windows, various shitty daws, hardware, cracky software and what not, when the right answer was there all the time, pretty much in my face. everyone said it, but i wouldnt listen. now ive learned the hard way and ive become such a fucking fanboy.

i hate almost all the other apple products though so im not that biased really. producing (and anything else too) on a mac (because of OSX and Logic) is pretty fucking great experience imo. no crashes yet, no complicated installs, no tweaking of the OS, quite decent inbuild soundcard (both sound and drivers, even though i do use external soundcards too) and generally an effortless experience.

and at work im forced back on windows XP, win 7, win server 2003, 2008 and all of these fucking makes my day horrible. what a fucking joke of a operating system. finally our customers have begon looking at vmware, vdi, linux etc etc so the future might be bright after all. cool story of the week. thank you good night.
