Ditto. Been with them almost a year. Service is good and the price for the bitrate and DL cap is way cheaper than either Rogers or Bell.

That's another thing with the smaller/good ISPs, they don't even mention the word contract. If you don't like it, you leave.

as already mentioned, Tekksavvy.
Amazing customer service. They offer DSL & Cable. Several packages to choose from all amazingly priced compared to the Large ones. Speeds are relative to whatever you're using right now cause they either use Bell's phone lines or Roger's cable lines.
Been with them for about 5yrs. Love them.

I was AMAZED how much Rogers was "shaping" my traffic before. Teksavvy doesn't do that at all. Sometimes you have to wait for like half an hour on the phone for tech support, but I've never had to do that (I've heard from friends). Otherwise very happy with the service...
The bandwidth cap for the 10Mbps cable service is 300gb. I have a quite reliable (but ultimately unverifiable) source that says this cap is not currently enforced as Rogers (Teksavvy uses Roger's cable infrastructure) is either not able to, or simply not tracking Teksavvy's users' bandwidth usage. Hard to get over 300gb/month IMHO.
Also, I got rid of my cable TV. FU Rogers!

There will be an ISP serving certain buildings and communities in downtown Toronto that will make every other company mentioned in this thread look at how they do business.
Look for some news to become public around June 6th or 7th. There truly is nothing comparable offered in the market right now...not even close.
