Your 'mixdown' is definitely far too muddy and bassy. I don't know what but you must be monitoring on tiny laptop speakers or are either very new to production to get a sound like this...
First, you need to remove the limiter from your master channel. Saying that your mix peaks at -1 dB when a limiter is applying 6 dB of gain reduction isn't very true. The limiter seems to have an output ceiling of about -16 dB, but remove it entirely and render the mix again. You shouldn't get any clipping on the output and a peak level of about -6 dB.
Then, fix the mud by turning all treble instruments up and cutting away the upper bass range from the bassline, as well as rolling off the sub (not a general rule, but in your case). Try to balance it better around the kick as well as all the other instruments so the mix sounds natural (don't mix too loud!). If the master peaks higher than -6 dB, just lower the master fader and render again. This will save you having to re-balance all the channels again.
I'm happy downloading an update if you can provide a 320 kbps MP3 link as a download option; a WAV really isn't needed this early in production.
