I have the opposite way of thinking when choosing a label tending to look for one that projects a specific sound. I more or less become tuned out by a label when on a mission through their catalog of lets say primarily psy trance, and running in to the occasional run amuck DnB track but thats just me.

What is showing off about that? Twisted was decent but you have to admit the last few years it was fuckin ugly with the stuff they were putting out.

tough question.. all my current favorite labels are all relatively pretty young. Get Physical Music maybe?

I'd probably go with like Sony or some huge label like that so I would get a fuckload of music and then could sell them all and buy a ton of music I liked.
Otherwise, I don't know. I have a huge proportion of Platipus already. Bedrock/Silver Planet/Whoop/Saw/Border are all on lists of things I want to get some day. Hooj and Lost Language have some great shit. MFS is good. Electrolux and Mikrolux have some fantastic stuff as well. I'm sure there are other labels out there I don't know of or can't think of right now also.
