I optimistically went to see Above & Beyond last year. Fuck it was terrible. They had a big screen rigged up to Paavo's laptop and they were flashing up messages like "HUG THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU!" AND "LOVE IS THE ANSWER!"

Up until that point I had never experienced lame PLUR sentiment and unicorn farts, thinking they were all an exaggerated joke at trance music's expense. I was wrong, clearly.
