well not directly.. and i dont make music because of this... its just like a side affect lol
however when im in the early stages of getting my "mack" on
haha
when they ask what i like to do i tell them and then let them listen... im no way near as good as the professionals however my sounds is quite close to the "real" sound i always get a oooooooohh thats so good blah blah and then the love flows. haha
edit: this works for girls who im not looking for a long term thing with.

My gf doesn't really care for the music but she knows I treasure the time I have to make music every once in a while and she respects that. Good enough for me.
I think I'd go crazy if I had a gf that was a fan too.

Man, I love being single.
Grabbed some beers last night, came home, and spent a few hours getting drunk and remixing ghost in the machine.
I'm rather fond of my music habits. Like waking up at 1am on a fri/sat night and cracking a beer and cranking up the amp and messing around till 8am. Try doing that with a significant other and all it will get you is couch time

Producing No... DJ'ing yes... It got me a wife! lol
My wife loves music just as much as I do. But she like her indie rock and her David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Afrojack, Chuckie and Laidback Luke. I love me my Sasha, Plastikman, Digweed, Sven Vath, James Holden, etc. Get the picture?

Haha....
Anytime I tell a woman I make music is always "what do you play?" "are you in a band?"... generally assuming it's some form of rock music. When I try and explain it's usually the "ohhhh...." followed by an awkward silence. Women generally just don't get EDM although i've met exceptions.... and usually when they do like it it tends to be the simpler more accessible stuff. I guess if I lived in a more cosmopolitan area it might not be so bad...
However, I'm sure that if I got lucky and "made it", it would help tremendously! Luckily for me I've mastered the art of the mack daddy and don't need to rely on gimmicks to land myself some tail
