I only drink beer....
One hour in so far, its pretty nice so far. Regarding the mixing, most the transitions are very short, tho this works nice most of the time. Ill keep this, great beer music
This was awesome Rob, glad to have you back mixing again

Glad to have you back behind the decks ROb ... I gave this mix a go , I do agree with some of the stuff you said about this mix ... the music is excellent, many of these tracks are definetly of my like , the programing though was off, not your usual thing. The mixing was decent.... I love how you blended Sleazy E ... very smooth I didn't even noticed the changes ...
Im sure the next mix will be so much better
also It would defo be nice to have you play on the TA radio bedroom sessions
you started with roberta flack and ended with the temptations. right on. the whole thing went down quite nice. it wasn't you best mix to date but i enjoyed it.

Thanks bud. Regarding the programming, to be honest, there really wasn't any - I just hit record and went with a bunch of tunes I'd just put together, so there wasn't any kind of forethought or the same attention to detail that usually had gone into so-called "promo" mixes.
This was a lot more about me just having a fun time mixing records than anything else, so yeah - might not go down as smooth as some of the stuff I put a ton of time into programming.

If there's one "trend" in dance music I've loved seeing, it's familiar old samples from the golden era of motown/r&b reemerging prominently.
