Actually it's worth listening every single list because is your chance to listen different styles that you are unaware of that, you don't need to listen to the whole song, just listen from min 1~ to 2 and from 4 to 5 to have a general idea of the track if it's not your cup of tea skip to the following one.

Also consider that there are the best picks of each one, may not be your thing but should be objectively good music.

I don't listen to everyone's lists, but I do check them out, look at the artists/remixers/labels and sometimes I'll spot something I might wanna check out. Like Frenkieee's top 10 for example, I recognize some stuff on there so I'll check it out.
