Those are designed for small home or office applications. You would need several of them to work properly. Considering I don't know the layout of the club, I don't know how effective those ATT solutions would be in a large open space.

I work in wireless communications operations, so I don't need to Google anything in regards to in-building solutions.

Gavin: give report on Markus. I just cant see this type of club long term in Philly. Might get crowds for as its a "new place", but philly has no clue to EDM.....

maybe you're right on the long term thing, maybe you're not. last night was filled with so much love and energy in the room. so many people I talked to that were all so hungry for some philly trance.. "finally I don't have to travel 2+ hrs every weekend" and so on..

it sure looked like markus had a good time too!

Definitely was a great night for philly. The club is not the greatest club, but I think it was good enough to enjoy the amazing set Markus threw down.

Place was packed, and a lot of people were there for the music, which is a good sign. The sound system could improve. The bass is a bit muffled, and the lighting is terrible. It's just there nothing special and you can go blind from the strobes, but I got used to it as the night went on.

I think it was a really good start for this club, but what I am afraid of is the gaps between the headliners. What is going to fill this place and keep people interested in the down time. Hopefully they have some good planes, because this a place philly needs.

Had a great time, so proud that Philly now has an EDM club to call its own. Agree that the sound could be better, how about some high end tweeters? The lighting wasn’t that bad IMO, kind of Disco-nuevo. How about a few lasers though?

Markus played 11:30-2, really working the mixer the whole night!!! Shame he didn’t play until 2:30 as Mark Knight did the night before. Def no auto-pilot, unlike Mark. I recognized almost all the tracks, but I’ve been listening to a lot of live sets. Katowtiz is still a BOMG!

Yes, let’s hope the pretty girls and quality DJs keep coming and the guys will follow.

Great seeing Konijn & Ali, glad you made the trip down from NYC, you really didn’t want to see Dash Berlin at Pacha?
Obviously it was fun hanging out with my LDW-Vegas friends too. Sorry I missed the after-party and hearing The Deuce spin.

Haha this is funny. He posted up on his FB feed about getting molested by the girls in his booth.

I went to the horrible Eagles game on Sunday. Met a few people who went Friday or Saturday to Rumor, not one of the 6 ladies liked it! Perhaps its just that those who like the Eagles don’t like EDM clubs, IDK.

Complaints were a) Lights gave headaches (thanks Ali who mentioned this earlier) b) Club is pretentious c) Lounge bar too crowded on Saturday.

I had a great time Thursday and Friday, so I just hope it was either a bad sampling or tailgating Eagles fans don’t like EDM bars.

Looking forward to many nights at Rumor!!!

Yes, the lights were terrible indeed. Which I noticed on Thursday, and therefore brought sunglasses on Friday..
