I remember when TA had an empire sized area at WEMF, and thered be an army of TA's at the front/back of every event. Now I think most TA's wouldnt be caught dead at WEMF.

When I was a lurker 04-06 there were roll calls/bdays almost every day-- this was actually one of the reasons why i didnt sign up because i thought it was overly cliquey.


I guess people get older, they finally grow out of trance *trollface* and they diverge.

People grow older, get careers, families, different things they're into, and partying isn't something they care about much.

I'll admit I don't go out that often now either. I'd much rather hang out at a friends or walk my dog haha.

The site also gets replaced by a new generation of TAs, which are much different than 6 years ago.

Sure, I think peeps got older, but we've gone through a bunch of different "generation waves"... I personally think social media is a bigger factor...

I've always thought trolls should be banned.

Yepz. Used to be a lot more close knit but we still all get together at house parties, certain big dj club nights etc.

That's a big part of having moderators on a site like this, but there's simply not enough. I think the only ones on this part of the forum are Dal and Itikia?

A lot of the time the people don't get banned, or it takes awhile for it to happen, and by then the damage is done.

If there was more moderators, that would solve the problem pretty quick, and for the amount of people on this part of the forum, 2 mods just isn't enough. Dal, ideas? lol. Easier said than done I'm sure.

I think all the contributing TA promoters should get together to do a massive TranceAddict event.
