Fittingly enough, the original release of Pulse State is subtitled as the 8:31 AM Mix.

It's a great track for opening sets/closing sets/chill out rooms, would fit in delightfully with a lot of early '90s Detroit-influenced UK techno by the likes of B12 and The Black Dog. I was just being sarcastic because it's never going to be a floor-filler and it's not supposed to be. It's a deep, chilled track, not a banger.
