Ya, they had 3 openers play a one hour set and it was all effin dub step...I didn't mind it the first hour. The 2nd hour started to get old, then 3rd hour I was over it. The only thing that kept me entertained was the bad ass LED hoola hoop girl bustin' out this awesome go-go routine. I was very impressed! They also had a aerobatic do routines with the drapes of material hanging from the ceiling, she was great too.

Cosmic Gate came on at 1am and that was such a relief to bring back to Trance. Ybor definitely had an odd Ultra-kiddie like crowd going on in there. They played a great set with some of their new songs. They didn't blast the main floor with the Cooling System, so it did get kinda warm in there. I think every other person in there was smoking :cough: and the sound got distorted several times when they banged out some heavier tracks.

Still, had a great time...just a prequel till the Yacht Party!

The Amp chose to have their Friday night residents open. Sorry guys, I tried to get them to book Suzy Solar to open this show.
