This is very well done. I am a sucker for that kind of filtered whatsit that appears in some kinds of house. Gives me a real nostalgia trip for some reason.

I really dislike the vocals, but I am guessing those were in the original (I have never heard it). Bass is nice and beefy. That portamento synth works very well as the lead. Only criticism is that the percussion feels a bit empty in the high end. But maybe I am just going deaf!

Cool, some straight up big room trance. Pretty familiar with the original.

Energy kind of started flagging for me from 3:00 onward or so, but you picked it up again with the new sound at 3:43. The mix definitely seems to be there. I could see this one storming a trance event.

Do you intend to keep the beat-free intro and outro, or is that just for promo purposes?

just for promo purpose , it was cut , but actually the outro is very cool and really energetic , additional 32 bars I think it was.
The intro is DJ friendly nothing much going on there

This one is definitely off the beaten path. Got a nice vibe to it, like a stroll through a sunny, tripped out tropical land. Came off a little random at times, but in a playful more than irritating way. I liked the effects scattered throughout. Some of them reminded me of '50s and '60s experimental stuff like Delia Derbyshire and The White Noise, with the wobbly delayed sounds and use of panning. Good track.

Thinking of sending this out, could use an honest critique. I have some faults in mind myself so it's interesting getting others view too.

Cheers

Dark and very driving. For me the percussion felt too "straight," I thought there should be more of a groove to it. The sounds you have here are awesome, especially the bass and those two sort of vocal-sounding swell things in the break. I kind of wish those made an appearance again once the beat kicked back in. The harmonic changeups work nicely, too.

Much cheers Man

I'll look into the beat groove - somthing very dear to my heart. Any pointers to a pro track with a groove you think might be better? No worries if you have not the time or inclanation to wipe my arse this way!

I love making sounds so thanks for the compliment. Which swell sounds in the break are you referring to? I want to be sure.

Great thread idea in my book.

Will try to think of something comparable, but no guarantees.
