Cigarettes contain carcinogens which there is no safe amount. I was under the impression that marijuana smoke also contains some carcinogens in lower amounts. From what I've heard it really depends on the person, some people will smoke from womb to the tomb and never get cancer while another person can walk passed someone smoking on the street and die from lung cancer. Use a bong people. It filters out 100% of anything that can possibly be harmful. My buddy Todd back in highschool was a firm believer of this and he got great marks in science class so I really don't think there's much to argue here.

you are joking right? Bongs/pipes allow the highest amounts of tar into your lungs. Vaporizer is probably the safest way to inhale marijuana.... although no where near as satisfying then the classic joint.
