Exclamation Max Grahamage

Once again max blew my mind!!
His sound is so distinct and original, just makes me shake my ass! His last record was SICK!!, i made sure to tell him that when i bumped into him in the washroom.. as it turns out, its a choon that he just finished.. unfortunately i forgot to ask him what he calls it.. if we get the end of his set posted, you'll see just how incredible it is.

i think he got a little carried away with the EQ at times and mucked up once or twice.. i guess whether i'd like to admit it or not, he IS human, hehe..

i gave him one of my mixed cd's as he was heading for the booth.. hope he listens..
SWAMPER, would you listen to a mix (by me) and post it if you liked it?

overall bomb set.. "max graham, pin up DJ of North America".. those of you that know, will know

Im sick of you all people bashing oakenfold, I thought he was fucking awesome and he wasnt that slow at all, he played some pumping tracks, I loved his last song, the real slow melodic trance, if anyone knows the name of it please tell me!!! and yes max graham was amazing too

Wicked Party!

I had a feeling that Max Graham was going to be better than Oakenfold. I wanted to see him. I saw Max at the CNE Center last year and he was wild. I am so happy he is a Gatecrasher Resident now. He is wild, he knows what to play and how to work the crowd.

I am sure that Oakie played one or for Max tracks in the middle of his set. They were the 2 hard hitting tracks in the middle of the set. He also played a track that Pete Tong played on Saturday.

Tonic was jam packed, cool people. I always love Toronto and Canadians. Gosh there are some nice bardtenders at Tonic, helps that drinks aren't too expensive too especially in US Dollars.

Was Nelly Furtado really there in DJ box?! haha That is cool, she is quite pretty.

By the way who are the TUNE guys? I wonder if they know the significance of it.

Well off to PVD at Twilo tomorrow. I hear he will spin for 10 hours! That will be wild!!!

they're my buddies that do promotions for guverment. they have there own little company called tune promotions. on that banner they have every single dj's signature known to man, it really is a sick collection of signatures if you ask me!! everyone from tiesto, pvd, oakie, cox, etc...

Tune!

Tune is from Gatecrasher. It is a tradition which has developed over time where the crowd goes off and screams TUNE when a DJ plays a great tune. It developed into t-shirts, banners, and has been realized by Ministry of Sound where they dedicated I think a CD to it. I thought they were Canadian Crasher Kids. They rule anyway. I seen them get most of those wicked signatures. Tell them I say howsit.

had the worst time last night!..
fuck noooooooooo space to dance.. FUCK tonic!.. they should have been more smart and sold advanced tix so the party kids could jam..
Fuckin drunks were pushing and shoving all over the place..
Got into two fights.. One of them with security ( i elbowed him in the back as he walked by )
Boring set by oakie... kept waiting for buildups.. but nothing but breakdowns..
Max was wicked.. carried the party for sure... amazing set.

As for the whole night though.. if it werent for Graham... i would have spent 25 bucks elsewhere.
