I've only ever seen one person get really pissed at you and that was Kevin - and he just wanted to meet you to see if you'd say the shit you were talking to his face. Kevin doesn't strike me a the sociopathic type who'd do something like this to "reach out and touch" someone. The only reason I'm even raising his name is because you've said some fairly heinous things to him. Still, he just doesn't seem like the sort to stoop to this level.
They're using that name because it's your TA account, in effect letting you know that your on-line activity has some connection to this. Even if it's someone you know IRL, who has never posted on TA, they're indicating that they know a LOT of information about you. It could be that they met you on TA, though, and that's what they're trying to communicate. Regardless, even if this is a prank, it's a pretty sick one.
