Blu-Ray is still fairly new technology, even in the fast-paced world of technology. If ID&T were to put money into that kind of thing, there would have to be an audience.
Considering the type of audience ID&T attracts, I doubt very many people would actually care enough about the music to go out of their way to give someone money for a hi-def DVD of it. That's just my guess though, it's not like you're REALLY getting anything worthwhile at an ID&T event, anyways.
