all this does nothing more than burden the judicial system a little more and ensure people who get busted spend a longer time in jail.

-intent to resell
-intent to purchase CSA goods on foreign soil with intent of bringing them illegally into the country
-be a generally bad person who makes jesus cry

I never understood the american legal system, it's all about accumulation, get someone on the most count of charges so their lives are completely

you're exaggerating that "all" drug-related societal problems are caused by prohibition. alcohol is legal and it causes a cluterfuck of problems.
