Hey dude!
I'm here on the east side. I go to UWM. I'm not active in the scene.
Why not?
Well for one, I mostly produce now, but I'm still a solid dj (humble). -I guess its part laziness, part lack of cdj's (sold em back in San Diego for an Access Virus), and of course, contempt for what has become a city with no good house clubs, and way too many dub step "shows" and venues. (good lord, don't get me started)

I stopped DJing out in clubs when I lived in San Diego and met up with a music label there. I met a few really talented DJ's, like Bala, Alan B, Riley Warren, and Touvan (AKA Revolvr, who now lives in Vegas), so I focused on tryin to crank out tracks for them to play instead of trying to get big in an overcrowded city with lots of good existing talent. They're all good people too.

I know thats a load to hear, but it sums up why I tend to stay silent on the scene here. I really haven't met anyone else who listens to progressive house / trance in town since I moved back.
