My friend just bailed on our plans, so now i think im gonna have to "fly" the whole 5 days solo....or call it all off. Never been to Miami and dont think ill ever get the chance again either. So, all in all, this is a good thread!

I've always enjoyed doing stuff on my own down there. Last year brought a girlfriend, this year (mostly) on my own.

Different experiences, etc. You can most likely meet people if thats what you want to do, otherwise you can have a good time on your own.

I think I brought this up last year but if anyone solo (or otherwise) is heading from South Beach to downtown Thurs night and wants to split a cab let me know. Same with Friday and Saturday, although i'll be doing it after Ultra so it will be later.

I'd be down to split a cab Thurs night, but I'm prolly heading downtown after you. I'm not trying to leave south beach till ~2am.
