I've had the beta for a few months now and I've only used the stupid barbarian, wonder whats wrong with me.

I don't like the fact that if you want to play single player, you have to connect to battlenet. In addition to this, there is no LAN support. If my connection starts acting up or goes down completely, I won't be able to play the game. When I used to play Diablo 2 with friends, we would just do TCP/IP. I'll be thinking this one over quite a bit because $60 isn't chump change for me.

At least you'll all save a lot of money on condoms.

Boy am I glad they changed up the graphic style to a darker, more gothic looking atmosphere compared to their first iteration.. does anyone remember how diablo 3 originally looked when they first started releasing pics of the alpha build?

i was under the impression that d3 looked reasonably consistent from alpha to now? looks pretty cartoony to me.
