I believe I found the way to extract direct link to stream from site source code. I just test this on random live broadcast stream and it works just fine. It downloads x264 vide + mp3 audio in flv container, witch is very good. I hope I'll be able to dump stream to disk and upload it later in original quality, hopefully without reencode.

I think you are not reading the article correctly, no where does it say that they will stream all stages, it says, that they will be covering all stages during the 3 day festival.
