The main reason that the AVB remix won't be on the single is maybe because AVB wasn't paid for it...he remixed it cause he liked the song...

VAIIO was the first name they used, it was chosen cause it was the computer that they created their lyrics on. The SONY VAIO. They added an extra "i" to it in hopes it would make it legal to use, but Sony still had them change it.
And well, I don't think I'd want to get into a legal battle with Sony..
