If the labels don't agree with its use (or the monkeys that do the copyright reporting to YouTube didn't get the memo that it was approved), it gets yanked. It also depends on if the labels deem that the promotional material its being used for is going to have financial benefit for Guvernment (which it probably would), and would ask them to pay royalties for its use. |
