Yeah, I think the key will be keeping the portions small. Usually when I eat chicken it's like at least three legs. And aside from that I was having sandwiches with deli meat and cheese / veggies. Think I just really have to eat no carbs

You can have carbs, just not for dinner timeish IMO. Your body needs alot of time to properly digest carbohydrates (especially complex sugars) so it can use them in the daily energy tasks. The problem is eating carbs for dinner and closer to bed time, iirc.

I did small portions and 5 meals a day. The timing of these meals might be hard though depending on your schedule. Also, depending on your body and metabolism, the calories per meal will differ. I aimed for 400-500 per meal as I was also exercising during the week and I'm a relatively small person. If you eat 5 small meals a day, you burn fat (edit: meant energy [stored fat is always burned last]) constantly throughout the day since you're metabolism is constantly active.

A vegan diet isn't necessarily a weight-loss diet, nor is it automatically low calorie. You can gain weight on a vegan diet if your portion sizes are too big.

You should just eat healthy and balance calories eaten with calories burned. The basics are the same for everyone.

He recently did a really nasty heal turn, from a baby-face character, and part of his angle was, being that he's vegan, he is therefor a role-model.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure portioning has been my issue. Either that or I have a terrible TDEE and I am not burning as many calories as I think I am.

lol, the madness of WWE. I stopped watching 2005 or so, it was getting to ridiculous. I wanted to preserve my fond memories of Steve Austin and the beer truck, D-generation X, the brood, the Acolyte Protection Agency, and Al Snow and the Head. Those were the glory days

I agree but I think if I do change the type of food I eat, it will make for a faster flush of the system. I know I should be upping my fiber in the first place

They just brought back Brock Lesner, so if you haven't turned in, recently, tonight might be good to check on things.

Thanks for the heads up. Didn't Brock have to quit the UFC because of his medical problems or something like that? I don't se how going back to wrestling could be any more beneficial to his heath, since his diverticulitus made him unable to be a fighter

I once had a vegan dinner cooked for me in exchange for giving this dude a ride to Washington. My resultant bowel movement the next day was the cleanest shit I've ever taken. Does that help?

Oddly enough, yes it helps. Good digestion, I've heard, is key when getting rid of those last few pounds. Makes me think it's a good idea to try
