i think in the rules it says that you cannot promote a site with your sig picture, only TEXT

It's total Bullshit if that's the reason it keeps getting taken down. I PM'd Neo to find out why, and he said there is no problem with the banner at, as long as it fits the size regulations, which i assured him it does.

How crap is that?
