Probably Kurzweil PC3X (or the newer PC3K8, although I haven't used it). I couldn't live without 88 weighted keys, "real" pianos and other samples, and a killer VA (V.A.S.T.). And, if that was the only synth I owned for the rest of my life, I would probably finally find the time to really dive in and learn all the ins/outs of V.A.S.T.

If we're talking software, it would probably be Alchemy.

It would be a tough choice for me between Virus TI, Nord Lead 3, and Alesis Andromeda.

.... I'd rather have all three.
