Thanks to Robby for a sensible, pragmatic response.
For what its worth I have had considerable success with music in other genres but only recently started writing (trying to write) trance music.
If anyone can suggest how to get more experience, any books I can read, tutorials I can do etc that would be appreciated. I have done almost every tutorial on youtube and if you listen to my older stuff you can see how far I have come in only 6 months.
Also to the haters, please let me critique your music honestly, post a link, I am guessing you wont.......
