Very unlikely. For one thing, they have as much access to education as their northerly neighbours, and nearly a fifth of the population is Muslim.
It's very naive to think this is just because of Islam and/or because of an obscure film. As you probably remember, just eight years ago Theo Van Gogh's "Submission" didn't attract violent mobs to Dutch embassies; even the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons, which inspired their fair share of arsonists, didn't cause such a commotion, with foreign diplomats being targeted by heavily armed militias.
These are, for the most part, politically unstable countries. The people behind these attacks, such as the one that killed the American ambassador to Libya, are not seen under a positive light even in their own countries. It's not just a matter of Muhammad being depicted unfavourably, it's the consequence of disastrous relationships between these countries and the developed world, failed governments unable to protect their own people (and foreign embassies in their territory), and desperate measures by extremists trying to fix their countries.
