2002 has kill switches right? rr, i have 2000 and i have no kills

I know everyone says once you use techs you can't go back, but I disagree. I have vestax pdx a-1's and i prefer them way more than my mates 1200's. And its not just that I use mine more often, cause I go to house just about everyother day to mix and play dreamcast. I don't know what the deal is, I think Panasonic has put you all under somesort of spell or something.

Pat,
This is what I suggest, considering you will only need it as entertaining purposes.
Check this link out: http://www.123dj.com/packages/turntable/gigpak.html
Its a Gemini Package called "Gig Master"
Only 399.99... You cant go wrong.

Package includes:
*Two SA-600 direct-drive manual turntables with straight arm, *cartridges & headshells
*One PMX-140 two channel stereo preamp mixer
*Two PM-100 compact, two way, self powered monitor speakers
*One pair EM-50 back of neck stereo headphones
*All RCA connecting cables

Normally if you purchase decks, you still need Cartridges and styli which will easily run you about 70bucks, in addition, you need RCA cables, heaphones (half decent for djing), and some amp and speakers.
This package includes all that, and the speakers are actually pretty good, easy to setup, cause they are preamplified, and it wont take up too much space. If you were to buy everything seperate,,,, a simple setup just to start mixing, you will spend more than 400 bucks. Regardless what people say, it works, and you get a three year warranty with their products.

I normally would suggest Technics 1200MK2, but they are mainly top of the line, and you don't want that, unless you are doing it professionally, and they cost a nice amount of bread too.

Good luck and happy mixing
