surprising. i thought the trailer looked awful but it seemes to be getting good reviews

Seriously guys, don't let the 3D dissuade you. It's used in an understated and classy way in the film, and there are a couple of set-pieces that justify its use. Either way, just go see the fucking film. By all accounts it's bombing at the US box office, which is an absolute travesty.

this got a bunch of thumbs up from several folks here a couple of days ago. then again the crowd watching falls under people who enjoy gore, suspense, and thrillers.

This movie kicked soo much ass i coudln't believe it. Dredd (Karl Urban) is a baddass mother****** and that girl he was with godamn she was smoking! great movie go see it! It had good ambient scenes too.
