I know this is kinda late post but I have to say something:

When I say Blade 1 and the first bloodbath scene for the first time, I WENT @#$@#%^@# CRAZY!!

That first scene is unbelievable!

That was awhile back and I think that's why I started to become a trancer.

I searched all over for the new order confusion song and finally found it, at that time, it wasn't popular and then a year later, they started to play that on the radio

even the DJ swearing the glasses that has lites on them was @#$%@$^ amazing!!!

whenever i hear confusion at a party (not many), I go nuts!

HOWEVER, Blade 2 using blood is pumping...weak...it wasn't the same, didn't do the same affect.

After confusion, Warp brothers came out with we will survive which was good and then Blood is pumping by Serano, but both did not meet up to Confusion!

fucken unmeasureable!!

sorry, just had to say that!

PS, did you know that when Blade 2 open, Snipes came down and actually spun at Guv one night?? Snipes spins!!

yea totally gotta agree.. Blade 1 set a lotta trends .. music, fashion, and juss pure STYLE. everythin the first flick was so cuttin edge and slick u had to love it ..

i consider that movie and the Matrix to be the kinda films that are ahead of their time. the stuff in Blade 1 didn't start gettin popular in mainstream culture till like a year later as SOS2 had said. even when the movie came out a lotta us were just starting to get into the rave and eventually trance scene..

and of course , gotta give props to New Order for releasing COnfusion.. i think that openning bloodbath scene musta atleast turned 1,000,000 normal people into ravers shortly after.. :]

and true, the 2nd one just doesn't have the same effect since the culture has grown on us already ..
